Helped across different digital channels including CRM, editorial design, as well as the seasonal campaigns that play an important role in sales performance over key trading periods. Work closely with broader design team to ensure consistency of brand and campaign design across all channels. Ensure all digital design is responsive to different platforms and devices.

•Reduce time to 2nd order

•Increase order frequency from 3.3 to 3.5 (8%)

Action Plan:

•Spread out key brand messages to increase brand perception and develop brand relationship/trust

•Give your brand a voice by using relevant keywords (SEO)

•Provide customers with helpful, informative and inspiring content

Target:

George customers who have only made one purchase 30% of customers are male, 70% female

Current conversion: 55% have re-ordered within 1-2 months / 80% by 3-6 months

Softwares: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
